USPS has been experiencing delays in shipping due to an increase in volume. We are sometimes seeing orders being delivered later than usual and some not being scanned at all until delivery. We have seen that almost all orders are being delivered. We thank you in advance for your patience!
Domestic shipping: 1-6 Days
International: 3-21 Days
All purchases are processed and shipped out within 3 business days of your order. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase has been shipped. We ship all US and international orders through USPS and UPS.
If your package is lost in transit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package could not be located we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
Bolt is not responsible if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
