In general, most items will fit true to size. Make sure to pay attention to each individual styles description for further fit and sizing tips since every item is different based on fabric and cut. Typically sizes 0-2 are extra small, 2-4 are small, 6-8 are medium, 10-12 are large, and 14 is extra large. In jeans, 24 is extra small, 25-27 is small, 28-29 is medium, 30-31 is large. USPS has been experiencing delays in shipping due to an increase in volume. We are seeing orders being delivered way later than usual, and not being scanned at all until delivery. We have seen that almost all orders are being delivered. We thank you in advance for your patience!

All purchases are processed and shipped out within 3 days of your order. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase has been shipped. We ship all US and international orders through USPS and UPS.
If your package is lost in transit please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package could not be located we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
Bolt is not responsible if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Extended Return Policy: All returns must be postmarked within 2 weeks of date received. Only store credit will be given to returned items, no refunds.
Email us if you have a return; we will email you a return label and shipping will be deducted from your store credit. We will answer all emails within 48 hours.
Once items are received we will email you a gift card. We cannot guarantee exchanges or hold items. If you need a different size we will check our inventory and, if available, we will ship out as soon as possible. We do not accept damaged, worn, or washed items.
