Shipping & Returns/Exchanges

Shipping: 

Domestic shipping: 1-7 Business Days

International:  3-21 Business Days 

All purchases are processed and shipped out within 3 days of your order. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase has been shipped. We ship all US and international orders through USPS and UPS.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at bolt@boltclothingboutique.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete, if your package could not be located we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

Bolt is not responsible if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Return Policy: 

We accept returns for any reason! All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of date received. Only store credit will be given to returned items, NO refunds.

We will provide one free return label per order. We will only provide free return labels for domestic United States returns.

    Once items are received, allow 2 business days for processing. Following we will email you a gift card. We cannot guarantee exchanges for various sizes or hold items. If you need a different size we will check our inventory and, if available, we will ship out as soon as possible.

    *EXCEPTIONS: We do not accept damaged, worn, or washed items. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
